Holly Harkins

Holly Harkins (she/her) is a dancer and digital media manager based in Brooklyn, New York, originally from Rustburg, Virginia. She began dancing at 11 years old, training under Keith Lee at the Dance Theatre of Lynchburg. Holly’s dance education led her to the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, where she graduated high school in 2017 with a concentration in contemporary dance, and later to George Mason University’s School of Dance, where she earned her BFA summa cum laude in 2021. Throughout her academic career, Holly was awarded scholarships to study at institutions including the American Dance Festival, the San Francisco Conservatory of Dance, The Ailey School, and The Taylor School. After graduation, she joined Dance Kaleidoscope in Indianapolis, where she performed as a company dancer and managed social media. Her professional experience also includes serving as the Social Media Manager for Kaatsbaan Cultural Park and Box Artist Management. Holly's photography has been featured in major publications like Harper’s Bazaar and Fjord Review. In 2024, she relocated to Brooklyn, where she works as a freelance movement artist and digital media manager. In NYC, Holly has had the pleasure of dancing with Big Chair Dance, Sikora+Dance, 32nd Pack Dance Company, and Laura Halzack. Throughout her career, Holly has had the privilege of performing works by renowned choreographers such as Micaela Taylor, Kyle Abraham, Rafael Bonachela, Ohad Naharin, Hope Boykin, David Hochoy, Martha Graham, and Joshua Blake Carter. Holly is also a proud aunt and a certified yoga instructor.
