Sophia Harris (she/her) is from Arvada, Colorado, where she began her dance training under Christina Noel Adcock. In 2025, she graduated cum laude from Southern Methodist University with a BFA in Dance Performance and a BA in Sociology. While at SMU, she studied under the direction of Parisa Khobdeh, Silas Farley, Myra Woodruff, Carter Alexander, Anne Westwick, Brandi Coleman, and Christopher Dolder. Sophia’s performance credits include works by Robert Battle, Paul Taylor, Larry Kegwin, Cameron McKinney, and Kimberly Cooper, among others. She has furthered her dance training by attending summer intensives with the Paul Taylor School, American Dance Festival, and Perry-Mansfield Performing Arts School. She recently moved to New York City and is a Scholarship Ambassador at the Taylor Center for Dance Education.
